Role details:
Remote, Louisiana-based
Performance-based contract role
$4,000 to $8,000 plus per month for consistent performers
Company laptop, headset, Microsoft tools, and daily lead lists provided
This Operator speaks directly with business owners, CEOs, and senior operators at established companies that are growing and starting to feel pressure. The work is focused on qualification, not closing. The goal is to identify whether there is a real fit, book qualified Discovery calls, and move on quickly when there is no opportunity.
This role requires discipline, clear communication, comfort on the phone, and the ability to stay consistent without constant direction. Outbound calling experience helps, but the real standard is how you operate.
